Standard letters can also be sent by e-mail. Also here, like for the letter and fax, a wizard is walked through. It is possible to add an extra file (attachment).

 

There needs to be an e-mail account present. WinTree Office Manager makes use of the existing e-mail account. The sent e-mails are placed in the Outbox in the e-mail program.

 

When sending an e-mail, it is not necessary to make use of a standard letter. Also an e-mail message with only a subject and body (text of the message) is possible. The advantage in comparison to sending via the regular e-mail program, is that the sent message can be saved in the archive allowing other employees to be able to also view the message.
